Michelle is a full-time vanlifer, adventuress, homeschooling mama and visual storyteller. Her focus is on adventure photography of all types (especially families and badass mamas), as well as active lifestyle commercial photography. She’s a sucker for natural light and real, authentic moments. When she’s not photographing she is busy hiking, mountain biking and exploring the U.S. with her son and their dog.

Arika Bauer is a Southern Utah local, born and raised, and the owner of Zion Adventure Photog, a photography business dedicated to photographing world travelers, outdoor lovers, and adventure junkies in one of the most beautiful settings in the world. She has made it her mission to explore all of the hidden, and not-so-hidden gems of Southern Utah, with her three kids and shares about different adventures in Southern Utah on her blog. Erin Jiles is an adventurous Mama of 3 based in Southern Utah. One of her favorite outdoor experiences was walking from Green River, WY to Salt Lake City, UT. She was brought into the Hiking My Way Retreats crew through meeting Shanti on Facebook and following her on Instagram. She joins the group as the gal Friday helping with everything to make the event run smooth.
Rosa Lee White
Rosa Lee White is a relatively new yogini (4 years teaching), but an admitted yoga addict. She found her practice while going through a huge life transition and never looked back. She's a mother of 3, as well as a real estate agent, but yoga is her first passion. She has been involved with Hiking My Way retreats since the first one. Rosa Lee is a huge proponent of supporting all bodies doing yoga, whether a beginning or advanced, her classes leave everyone relaxed and ready for more hiking.
Andi Connelly did her first 5k in October of 2011 and my first marathon (marine corps) in September of 2012. Her first Ironman happened in 2014. "My confidence in myself sky rocketed when I started being active. Setting goals and achieving them feels amazing!"
She loves ice climbing, mountain biking, canyoneering,
white water rafting.
When not enjoying the great outdoors, she's a lifeflight nurse based in Arizona.
April Ollivier (here with her brother in the Grand Canyon) is an outdoor enthusiast who grew up hiking and biking the mountains of the west. She climbed the Gran Teton as a 13 year old and conquered Kilimanjaro and Denali as an adult. April was an adventure guide for nine seasons in Colorado, Costa Rica and Spain. Currently her passions include canyoneering, mountain biking and raising her bonsai tree, Cecil. She resides in Salt Lake City and works as a life coach with undergraduate students at the University of Utah.
Spenser & Holly
Spenser and Holly Snow Canada live in Santa Clara, UT and are avid trailer runners. They both work in the outdoors with people on various contract jobs (trail support and wilderness therapy). They spend their free time trailrunning the region, volunteering for trail events and roasting coffee. Check out their company Superbloom Coffee.
Alisha is a local reflexologist who has been supporting our retreats for the last two years with her magic hands. She is a local therapist in St. George, UT. When not doing massage she spends her time out exploring the area and playing with her dog.
