Get ready for an amazing week of non-stop activities. This schedule (based on 4 night/5 day) might change slightly, but you can expect to to look pretty close to what you see below. Also based on weather, we might adjust hiking times to earlier in the morning.
We’ll release the actual schedule of activities as the retreat gets closer. Until then, here is a general schedule:
Day 1
12:00 PM: Arrival day.
3:00 PM: Pick up from St. George
4:00 PM: Hang at the house
5:00 PM: DINNER
7:30 PM: Evening hike/run
Day 2
7:00 AM: Breakfast self serve, prepare lunches
9:30 AM: Load up for run/hike
9:30AM – 1:30 PM Morning run/hike
2:30 PM: Back at house + Free Time
3:30 PM: Circle time
6:00PM: Evening activity
7:30 Dinner together at house
Day 3
6:00 AM: Sunrise hike/run
10:00am: Back at Riverrock Coffee Shop (bring money)
11:30am - 3:00pm: Foot massages and free time
12:00pm: Lunch at house
3:00pm Afternoon run (optional)
5:00pm Afternoon yoga
7:00pm Dinner
Day 4
7:00 AM: Breakfast and pack lunch
10:00 AM Hike/run
2:00Back at house
3:00-7:00 Free Time
7:30pm: Dinner
Day 5
7:00 AM: Morning run
9:00AM: Breakfast, pack up
12:00 - 1:00 Van heads for St. George
