Down With Adventure



Join Melody Forsyth and Shanti Hodges for a hiking, yoga and connecting retreat in Southern Utah. This is geared toward Mother's with special needs kids or new babies. Babes in arms are welcome if you book a solo room. 

All body sizes and levels welcome!

What can you expect at this retreat? 

Hiking, hanging out, eating great food, meeting amazing women, vision boarding getting foot massages or pedicures. Our goal is that you leave feeling pampered, revived and ready to take on the world (not that you weren't already!!!) 

How fit do you need to be? 

Don't worry about fitness. We will have a slow and quicker group on every hike and no one will be left behind. All of the hikes will be accessible by everyone from a mother with an infant to someone who hikes regularly.

Where are we doing this? 

The landscape we explore is national forest and BLM land around Hurricane, UT. The area is covered with trails with Zion National Park towering above. Hikes are 3-5 miles a day. The retreat houses are on the edge of town in Hurricane. There is a pool, hot tub and great hang out area at the lodging. Also there is an excellent area to hike across the street. 


Solo queen or king room with your own bathroom. This is for optimal privacy. Those bringing babies must book this option.

Booking bunk room with 4 beds. This will be for anyone traveling without a child and willing to share room and bathroom. 

Price: $1,400

Coming with a friend? This is your best option. Book a solo room to share with a friend. Friend must also book this option. We will contact you to confirm once both parties have booked. If friend doesn't book you can move to shared bunk room.
