relaxation and opportunity to connect with themselves and others with a scenic backdrop.

We explore the vast desert around Zion National Park

Who are these good for? 

Everyone! It depends which retreat you sign up for. We provide access and support for hiking, running, yoga, stretching, journaling, meditating, connecting, healing, building, growing and exploring.

We recognize that we are all in this together and each of us can be catalysts for inspiration in the right environment.

DETAILS

Our retreats are 4 nights and 5 days. Everyday we will participate in one major hike/run activity followed by yoga, chilling out by the pool or hot tub, eating meals together and having fun!

We are strongly advising that everyone in attendance be Covid safe. This means we prefer you be vaccinated and will expect an attempt to have minimal (other than travel) in the week leading up to the gathering. Please be prepared to show a Covid vaccination card or a negative Covid test result that was taken within 72 hours of the retreat. All attendees will sign a waiver releasing Wild Utah Tours LLC and Mirna Valerio from liability that could arise from Covid exposure or general accidents.
